RUBY LOUGHRIDGE

I explored methods of reinterpreting poetic form through visuals. My work focused on deconstructing poems into increasingly small units (stanzas, lines, words, syllables), looking at rhythm and rhyme as a way to produce patterns. I adapted the deconstructed units of the poem by allocating codes in a variety of shapes and forms.
